These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, our products, and the services available through the Site (the "Services"). Specific features of the Site may have additional rules and terms, which will be posted or otherwise made available to each user ("you" and "your," including any entity you represent) and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS ARE A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PLANT POWERED HEALTH LLC D/B/A JADE SUPPLEMENTS. BY USING THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES, OR BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ALL EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY AND CAPACITY TO USE THE SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.

THESE TERMS LIMIT THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE AND REQUIRE THAT MOST DISPUTES BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION (SEE SECTION 20). THIS MEANS YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY RATHER THAN IN A COURT OF LAW OR THROUGH A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and purchase our products.

2. License to Use the Site

This Site is an online store for dietary supplements and related products. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to access and use the Site solely for the purpose of using the Services in the manner permitted by these Terms.

The product label on the item you receive is the controlling source of ingredient, dosage, and warning information.

Product Availability and Pricing All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue any product, or change prices at any time without notice. If an error in pricing or product information occurs, we may cancel any affected order and refund any amount charged.

Manufacturing Our products are manufactured in the USA by trusted partners in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities, according to our specifications and quality standards.

5. Online Store Terms

Age Requirement By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Our products are not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Lawful Use You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the Services. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.

Account Termination Violating any of these Terms may result in termination of your account and access to our Services.

6. Payment Terms and Order Processing

Payment Methods We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

Billing Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account information (including your email address and payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Order Acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders placed under the same customer account, payment method, or billing or shipping address. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the charged amount.

7. Autofill Subscriptions (Recurring Orders)

If you choose Autofill (our subscribe-and-save program), you agree to the following:

Recurring charges: You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file at the frequency you select (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel. Each charge will include the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
Subscription discount: Autofill orders receive the discount shown at checkout. We may change subscription pricing or discounts in the future, and we will notify you by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
Reminders: We will send you a reminder email 3 days before each recurring order is processed.
Manage anytime: You can skip, pause, reschedule, change products, or cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees, by logging in to your account and selecting Subscriptions, or by emailing team@jadesupplements.com.
Cancellation timing: To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel or skip before your next scheduled processing date. Orders that have already been processed are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 9).
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until your payment information is updated.

8. Shipping

Processing and Delivery Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout. For orders to Canada, duties and taxes are collected at checkout. For other international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by your country. You are responsible for making sure our products can be legally imported into your country.

Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right (see Section 9).

9. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Returns and Refunds

How the Guarantee Works If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price. Opened and partially used bottles are eligible.

How to Start a Return

Email us at team@jadesupplements.com with your name and order number to start your return.

Include your original packing slip. If you no longer have it, include a piece of paper with your full name, order number, and shipping address.

Return Shipping

Returns must be shipped via USPS.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items that are lost in transit.

Refunds We'll notify you when we've received and reviewed your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at team@jadesupplements.com.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund if a replacement isn't available.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different product is to return your original item under our guarantee and place a separate order for the new item.

UK and EU Customers: 14-Day Cancellation Right In addition to our guarantee, if your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For hygiene and safety reasons, this statutory right applies to unopened products with intact seals, in their original packaging. Opened products remain covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. 10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may not:

a. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law; b. Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content; c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks; d. Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to extract data from the Site; e. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Services without our express written permission; f. Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers connected to them; or g. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

11. Customer Reviews and User Content

Reviews We welcome honest reviews and feedback about our products. By submitting a review, photo, video, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our Site and in our marketing, along with your first name and last initial.

We will not change the meaning of your review. If we would like to edit a review for use in our marketing, including to comply with applicable advertising regulations, we will ask for your approval of the edited version first.

Content Standards Content you submit must reflect your honest experience and must not:

Violate any third party's rights
Contain false or misleading information
Be defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Promote illegal activities
Include another person's personal information

We may remove content that violates these standards. If you received a free product, discount, or other incentive in connection with a review, you must disclose it in your review.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Plant Powered Health LLC d/b/a JADE Supplements and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including all text, graphics, images, videos, logos, and trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our Site except as permitted by these Terms.

13. Related Business

We are affiliated with Plant Powered Health LLC d/b/a Type 2 Diabetes Revolution, which provides health education and coaching services. Your use of Type 2 Diabetes Revolution's services is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. For information about how customer information may be shared between our businesses, please see our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted on third-party e-commerce platforms, and we use third-party services for payments, subscriptions, shipping, marketing, analytics, and customer communication. Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

15. Disclaimers

THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS (INCLUDING OUR 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE), THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OR FREE OF ERRORS;
ANY ERRORS ON THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED; OR

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLANT POWERED HEALTH LLC D/B/A JADE SUPPLEMENTS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

(A) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (2) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plant Powered Health LLC d/b/a JADE Supplements and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your misuse of the Site or Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third party's rights

19. Changes to the Services and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time. We may update these Terms by posting the revised Terms on this Site and updating the "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide notice, such as by email or a notice on the Site. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated Terms are posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at team@jadesupplements.com with a description of your concern, and to give us at least 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Binding Arbitration If a dispute is not resolved informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be conducted by video conference or, if in person, in the county where you live or another mutually agreed location.

Exceptions Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may also seek relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Opt-Out You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing team@jadesupplements.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Time Limit To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 11, 12, and 15 through 20, will survive.

22. International Use

If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws. Product formulations and claims are designed for the U.S. market.

23. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, are the entire agreement between you and Plant Powered Health LLC d/b/a JADE Supplements regarding the Site and Services.

24. SMS Terms

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program: You agree to receive recurring automated text messages from or on behalf of Plant Powered Health LLC d/b/a JADE Supplements at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include transactional messages (such as order and subscription updates) and marketing messages (such as special offers, product launches, and cart reminders). Messages are sent through our SMS service provider, Recharge.
Consent: Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
