How the Guarantee Works If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price. Opened and partially used bottles are eligible. 

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at team@jadesupplements.com with your name and order number to start your return.

2. Ship your items to: JADE Supplements 8152 S. Welby Park Dr West Jordan, UT 84088

3. Include your original packing slip. If you no longer have it, include a piece of paper with your full name, order number, and shipping address.

Return Shipping

• Returns must be shipped via USPS.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For returns valued over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items that are lost in transit.

Refunds We'll notify you when we've received and reviewed your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at team@jadesupplements.com.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund if a replacement isn't available.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different product is to return your original item under our guarantee and place a separate order for the new item.

UK and EU Customers: 14-Day Cancellation Right In addition to our guarantee, if your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For hygiene and safety reasons, this statutory right applies to unopened products with intact seals, in their original packaging. Opened products remain covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
